Michael Biehn
"There's no fate but what you make!"
|
 |
Michael Connell Biehn was born July 31, 1956 in Anniston, Alabama. He grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska and moved to Lake Havasu,
Arizona as a teenager. After receiving a drama scholarship to the University of Arizona, Biehn spent two years in school and
left early to pursue his career in Los Angeles. He spent about four years appearing in various TV movies and receiving small
parts in a few feature films. In 1981, Biehn landed his first major role in 'The Fan', opposite Lauren Bacall, as the title
character.

His biggest break, however, was in 1984's 'The Terminator',
playing future soldier Kyle Reese. Biehn appeared in three more James Cameron
films: 'Aliens', as Corp. Dwayne Hicks, 'The Abyss', as Lt. Hiram Coffey, and 'T2 Judgment Day',
reprising his role of Reese (his scenes appear only in the Special Edition).
Some of his other memorable roles include Johnny Ringo in 1993's 'Tombstone', Jack Wallach in NBC's 'Asteroid', and Chris
Larabee in TV's 'The Magnificent Seven'. To date, he has appeared in more than 40 films. Biehn has been married twice and is
the father of three. He currently resides in Beverly Hills.
