Sideshow Collectibles has just announced their newest collectible in their new 1:6 Terminator mini-bust
line; the .
From Sideshow
"Now there are two Terminators in Sideshow's T2 collectible mini bust line! The newer and deadlier
Terminator, the T-1000, will soon be available for pre-order, with more detailed, 1/6th scale mini
busts soon to come. Follow the link to preview the T-1000, and watch our upcoming newsletters for
pre-order information!"

Last week we also announced that Sideshow has put limits on the ammount of collectibles they are
selling, so they can focus on new collectibles to be added to their products listings.
As announced they 1:2 Endoskeleton arm ($129.99) is set to 750 pieces worldwide. You can
check here
for pre-ordering info to acquire your own, before they run out. Which they will... we assure you.
The Comic-Con featured John Connor Minibust of the same line is now also available for all
non-attendees, sold for a bit more then the usual mini-bust price, but its also a very cool new
addition in comparison to all the rehashed figures you see arrive, still today.
Pre-order yours
for $54.99 and have him look over the battle-ground that is your collection in the cabinets,
your bookshelves or (in some cases, like ours) spread amongst the house in all cracks and open
spaces ;).
The 1.000 limited edition T-800 Mini-bust ($49.99) is still available. The first mini-bust
announced a few weeks back has however had a big sale. Fans around the world are really
interested in the mini-bust and keep ordering them in the masses. Become one of those few that
have them all and get yours while it still lasts!
Snag yourself a Sarah before she's snapped up!
All collectibles mentioned above are announced to sell out fast, even more so with ever more
(Terminator) fans being interested in acquiring them when they are still available at the cheapest
price, getting them at the source and not just through reselling vendors or online auctions.
This especially applies to Sideshow's Exclusive Sarah Connor 12-inch figure. She is back on
Second Chance, and this time she means business! And come on, Sarah wouldn't be Sarah without
her trademark black hat, which just so happens to be the exclusive accessory.
This mother of the resistance is back in stock at Sideshow Collectibles and ready to ship to
any and all collectors across the globe. But don't delay, only a few figures remain!
» Sarah Connor Ex. 12-inch figure ($49.99)
Other figures with very low quantities
These two collectibles have also been announced as being below 200 pieces. Still a big number, was
it not that the world of fandome is a lot lot bigger ;). These are anticipated to sell out soon!
» T-800 polystone statue ($199.99)
» T-1000 Ex. 12-inch figure ($49.99)

The first T-1000 mini-bust to be released?
Observative fans amongst you must have read in this article that this is the first of the T-1000
mini-busts that is going to be launched. Yup! You've read that correct. When Sideshow Collectibles
first announced that they would launch an entire new line of Terminator collectibles, they had a
teaser image available of the T-800 mini-bust.
This image featured some transparant outlines of all the upcoming figures. We could clearly see
some outlines of a T-1000 with a split head, just after Arnie shot him in the head, because they
wanted the ellivator for themselfs ;).
Somewhere on the image there was also a lingering form of a figure which could look to be Sarah
Connor. And the T-800 also has another pose available in the same preview.
Soo... this means the mini-bust line is not only set to three, but maybe even to 6 figures. Though
having become somewhat of an insider in Sideshow Collectibles info, sent in mutual email back and
forth to their headquarters, or through some of their modelling contributors who contacted us
themselfs, we still do not know what to expect. Sideshow is keeping a lid on things, tightly
screwed! We know as much as you at this point.
What would cool figures be? Well... we for one, would love to see other figures arrive that
have to do with the saga. Companies keep throwing the same characters around our heads, and though
each looks very cool and we collect them all... having new figures of the series would turn our heads
much quicker.
Sideshow Collectibles might have taken this to a new level by introducing the Future
John Connor mini-bust, added to this collection. But maybe they can further on these developments, by
introducing some of the ideas below:
- A diorama of Don and Dan? One sticking its finger in the head of the other?
- A young John Connor bust with his little Atari Portfolio (I own one) seeking 'easy money'?
- A diorama of the foster parents, one drinking milk for the last time?
- The T-1000 in a totally chromed state, maybe even in his motorcycle outfit, glasses and helmet?
- Myles Benett Dyson, holding the 'chip of doom' in hand?
- ... or other trademark scenes from the T2 movies
Then again, whilst they are at it, wouldn't it be even more cool if they struck a deal with the new total
rights owners 'The Halcyon Company', then being able to produce more cool collectibles of all Terminator
entities in the entire series?
- Kyle Reese shooting his shotgun?
- The buffed up T-800 Terminator holding a heart of one of the punks when 'acquiring' clothing?
- The Terminator in those punk clothings, damaged eye and operated arm?
- T3's Kate in 'scream mode'?
- A T-850 and T-X toilet scene diorama (the fighting kind, please ;)?
- Cromium and Cameron Terminator of the upcoming SCC TV-series?
- ... and many more
Enough of a simple wishlist, wouldn't you all say?
I'm sure there are lots and lots more things the fans would love to see. Got your own ideas? Then be sure to
share them over at our TerminatorFiles Forums!
Let see if they read our plea ;).
